A vibrant team of 22 young entrepreneurs launched a stick noodles company in Panauti, Kavre, blending traditional recipes with modern techniques. Their mission is to deliver high-quality noodles that respect culinary heritage while appealing to contemporary tastes.
Revitalizing Tradition
Due to location constraints, the company has relocated to Bhaktapur refining its vision with a focus on quality and product assurance. However, only 3 dedicated parters continued on this journey of Stick noodles. In this new phase, the team emphasized perfecting their traditional noodle-making process with the help of industry experts, ensuring a superior product through meticulous craftsmanship and innovative practices. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing their offerings and maintaining high standards of excellence.
